Pure Executive are conducting the search during March and April, led by Lynn Walters, Executive Director, and Jodie Woodrow, Director supported by Una Jones, Executive Search Associate. 

Interviews with The Barnes Group will take place during May and June and will include meeting the board and some of the senior team, family shareholders, a site visit and psychometric assessment to confirm cultural fit.

The intention is to confirm the appointment in the summer with a view to starting in Autumn 2024.
